Paul Smith

I'm the Head of IT at Nteractive, responsible for our technology services, business systems, digital workplace and IT strategy. My role is to ensure our teams have the tools, support and technology they need to do their best work, while helping the business scale securely and efficiently.

My background spans IT operations, Microsoft technologies, business systems, automation and digital transformation. I enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes and finding practical ways to use technology to create value across the business. I also work closely with colleagues across Information Security, Operations and People teams to support our security, governance and compliance objectives.

What I enjoy most about working at Nteractive is the people. We have a collaborative culture where everyone is willing to share ideas, support one another and work together to solve challenges. There's always something new to learn, improve or build, which keeps every day interesting.

I'm particularly passionate about how AI, automation and modern workplace technologies can help people spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time focusing on meaningful, high-value work. A big part of my role is helping the business adopt technology in a way that is practical, secure and delivers real outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up with emerging technology trends, exploring new ideas and spending time with family and friends.
