Director, Sponsorship Experiences – Sponsorship Experiences

I work as the Director across sponsorship experiences for the Microsoft AI Tour, which is a combination of 35 one day events spanning 9 months from September through to June. Our events operate globally with team members based in America, UK, and Australia.

I am based in the UK and am supported by 8 individuals in the team; 6 of which are FTE. I will be involved in any hiring process for the Microsoft AI Tour and may support for other sponsorship experience hires for the Microsoft account.

Being able to do the job is obviously a big factor for me but considering the long hours, travel, and time spent onsite together, I also play close attention to team fit and the good vibes any new hire will bring.
