Our success is built on our people. We are a collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven agency that invests in talent, encourages innovation, and empowers our teams to take ownership and make a real difference. We believe in long-term partnerships, exceptional client service, and continuously raising the bar in everything we do.
Behind every great event is an incredible amount of detail – and graphics are a huge part of bringing an experience to life.
We’re looking for an experienced Graphics Project Manager to take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of print and digital graphics across our events, exhibitions and experiential activations.
This is a role that sits at the heart of our Creative and Production teams, making sure ideas are translated into high-quality graphic outputs and delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
You’ll manage the full graphics production lifecycle – from the initial brief and artwork through proofing, print, fabrication and installation, right through to onsite quality control. You’ll work with designers, artworkers, production teams, suppliers and clients to make sure every detail is right.
If you’re organised, commercially aware, have a strong eye for detail and know your way around event graphics and print production, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing

Coordinate the production of large-format graphics, signage, vinyl, 3D and fabricated elements and other event graphic applications.
Review artwork and production files to ensure they meet technical specifications and client requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans and artwork files to understand how graphics will work within the wider event environment.
Coordinate proofing, production, delivery and installation, ensuring graphics are produced to the required standard.
Support onsite delivery and quality control, resolving issues quickly and ensuring the finished result reflects the approved creative.
Budget & Commercial Management
Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage graphics budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure customer journeys, signage and graphic deliverables are delivered within approved budgets.
