Overview of role
In partnership with the wider creative team, you will innovate and deliver strategically aligned, imaginative and unforgettable designs for online and live brand experiences. From concept to delivery, you will work on strategically informed creative concepts, through to refined design executions and artwork (for both digital and live space), the role covers every aspect of the design process. As well as live projects, the role will also focus on new business pitches and proposals. This role will be required to inspire others by demonstrating a love of designing creative solutions and artistic approaches across all brand experience projects, while developing an in depth understanding of Nteractive’s key clients and new potential clients.
What you'll be doing
• Development of creative concepts that deliver compelling and memorable user experiences, whether in the digital or live space, that translate to elegant design executions: on-screen (UX design), moving image, print and physical executions.
• Proactive research into the dynamics (form and function) that inform great design. Keeping abreast of design trends in both digital and traditional media, as well as ongoing research into users, technology and innovation; using these insights to inform elegant and functional design solutions, to create meaningful user experiences.
• Use the results of proactive research into the latest trends in design and innovation to bring fresh perspectives and insights to both the internal team and clients, and to bear on projects, pitches and proposals.
• Present ideas to internal teams, partners and clients.
• Work with the Creative Director on the creative development of pitches and proposals
• Work in partnership with the creative/production teams to create, design and develop artwork production, artwork templates and graphics guides, utilising client supplied brand guidelines accordingly.
• For specific activations, be responsible for the branding/wayfinding “Customer Journey” documents in keeping with the brief and specifications, making placement and orientation of branding assets clear for clients and suppliers alike.
• Ensure that project related creative materials are delivered to plan for all projects.
• Seek to continuously improve the quality of creative solutions and support provided by proactively learning from mistakes and feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally, building effective relationships and ensuring communication is clear and appropriate at all times
