We’re looking for an experienced Director, Sponsor Marketing Promotional Opportunities to lead the vision, development and delivery of high-impact sponsorship activations and experiential opportunities across our client programmes.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn a sponsorship opportunity into a compelling experience — connecting attendee needs, client objectives and sponsor outcomes, while bringing ideas to life through creative thinking, production expertise, innovation and flawless execution.
What you'll be doing

Own the end-to-end development and delivery of sponsorship activations, from initial concept through to execution.
Build detailed scopes, production requirements, operating plans, budgets, timelines and delivery frameworks.
Translate creative and sponsorship concepts into clear, actionable production and operational requirements.
Work closely with event delivery teams to ensure activations are delivered to the highest standards, on time, on budget and with the right operational infrastructure in place.
Develop documentation, specifications, vendor requirements and operational guidance to support seamless delivery.
Partner closely with Sponsorship teams to ensure a connected and high-quality sponsor experience from planning through to onsite execution.
Take a hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making across complex, multi-workstream programmes.
Commercial, Budget & Vendor Management
Develop cost models and manage budgets for sponsorship activations and experiential opportunities.
Source, evaluate and manage production partners, vendors and technology providers.
Negotiate costs and supplier agreements to maximise impact, value and budget efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, profitability and sponsor value throughout the lifecycle of each opportunity.
