Klaudia Porbadnik

As a People & Culture Administrator at Nteractive, I'm passionate about supporting people and helping create a positive employee experience at every stage of the journey. I provide HR and Talent Acquisition support across the UK, US and APAC, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and that both candidates and employees feel supported every step of the way.

With a background in customer service and professional services, I developed a passion for working with people and building meaningful relationships. At Nteractive, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding and employee administration, I work closely with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues across the business.

From supporting hiring efforts to onboarding new starters and assisting employees throughout their time at Nteractive, I really enjoy being part of the moments that help people feel welcomed, informed and set up for success. For me, People & Culture is all about putting people first. I genuinely enjoy helping others, solving problems and making processes as seamless as possible.

One of my favourite things about Nteractive is our supportive culture and the opportunity to work with people across different teams and locations around the world, where no two days are ever the same. It's a genuinely collaborative environment, and I love being part of a team that is always willing to share ideas, support one another and celebrate each other's successes.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and discovering new places and cultures, making memories with my family and friends, and always having my next trip to look forward to. Closer to home, you'll usually find me out on a long walk, taking a Pilates class, trying a new baking recipe or relaxing with a good book or movie and my tuxedo cat curled up beside me.
