Tomek Ebbig

Global Head of Client Services

Tomek is Nteractive’s Global Head of Client Services, focused on strengthening how we partner with clients, build high-performing account teams and deliver complex programmes across the business.

He brings more than 15 years of international experience across client leadership, marketing, brand and live experiences. With a degree in Events Management, Tomek started his career in the agency world, working with global brands and organisations including Adobe, Cisco, Gartner, HPE, IBM and Unilever.

Before rejoining Nteractive, Tomek spent five years at Netflix, where he built and led the marketing team across Central and Eastern Europe, working on some of the brand’s biggest titles and campaigns. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Zalando and H&M, as well as agency and experiential working with global brands including Adobe, Cisco, Gartner, IBM, Unilever and HPE.

His work has been recognised at Cannes Lions and other creative and effectiveness awards. Tomek has also served as a judge for the Effie Awards and Innovation Awards, recognising outstanding work across marketing, creativity and innovation.

He is particularly passionate about building trusted client relationships, developing great teams and creating environments where people can do their best work.

Originally from Poland and having lived and worked across several European cities, Tomek is now based in Barcelona.
