Jackie Schager

Jaclyn “Jackie” Schager is a strategic events and sponsorship leader with more than two decades of experience delivering conferences, conventions, incentives, association programs, and large-scale event experiences. As Strategic Project Director, Sponsorship Experiences at Nteractive, she brings a combination of strategic planning, operational leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement to complex programs.

Throughout her career, Jackie has led high-performing teams and major initiatives for organizations including Gartner, Freeman, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Melbourne Convention Bureau, and nonprofit medical associations. At Gartner, she managed the organization’s flagship Symposium/ITxpo in Orlando, launched the Toronto Symposium, supported the Gold Coast program, and oversaw teams delivering CIO events. During her agency career at Freeman, she worked on programs for brands including CrowdStrike, Snowflake, athenahealth, and Rooster Teeth.

Jackie is especially passionate about bringing collaborative teams together, solving complex challenges, mentoring emerging talent, and creating sustainable processes that strengthen both the participant experience and the organization’s bottom line. Her strengths include project and team leadership, budget and timeline management, negotiation, strategic planning, and cultivating trusted partnerships.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event and Meeting Management from George Washington University. Based in Stamford, Connecticut, she enjoys traveling, baking, discovering new restaurants, watching movies, volunteering at a cat shelter, and spending time with her family and two rescued orange cats.
