Tania Pereira

I'm the Creative Studio Manager at Nteractive, where I look after creative resourcing, studio operations and freelancer management, helping ensure our teams have the right talent, support and processes in place to deliver exceptional work. The role involves everything from resource planning and workflow management to onboarding freelancers and supporting our creative teams across a wide range of client projects.

My background is in studio operations and creative resource management, having worked across creative agency environments for many years. One of the things I'm most passionate about is building and nurturing freelance networks. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented designers, producers, creatives and specialists, and I love bringing great people together with the right opportunities. Many of the freelancers I work with today are relationships I've built and maintained over years, which is something I'm really proud of.

What I enjoy most about working at Nteractive is the culture. It's a genuinely collaborative environment where people support each other, share ideas openly, and are always willing to help. There's a real sense of teamwork and trust, which makes it a great place to work and grow.

In my role, I enjoy being the connection point between people, projects and opportunities. Whether I'm helping a freelancer find their next assignment, supporting a creative team through a busy delivery period, or improving the way our studio operates, I love creating the structure and clarity that allows great work to happen.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my French Bulldog, cooking, catching up with friends and family, or discovering a new restaurant or destination. I enjoy meeting new people, building lasting professional relationships and staying connected within the creative, events and experiential industry.
