As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nteractive, I support recruitment across the UK, US and APAC, helping talented people discover opportunities within our global brand experience and events business.

With experience across in-house Talent Acquisition and recruitment, I’ve worked across a broad range of industries and roles, from technical and creative positions through to operations and corporate functions. At Nteractive, I partner with teams across event services, production, client services, sponsorship, creative, digital, technical and corporate functions. Whether I’m supporting someone taking their first step in their career or helping to recruit an experienced professional, I enjoy getting to know the person behind the CV and understanding what they’re looking for next.

For me, recruitment is about much more than filling a vacancy. It’s about creating meaningful connections, understanding what motivates people and helping candidates find opportunities where they can genuinely thrive. I aim to make the recruitment process transparent, supportive and human, while ensuring candidates feel informed and respected throughout their journey.

What excites me most about Nteractive is the people, the variety of work and the opportunity to be part of a business creating extraordinary experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. I’m proud to play a part in growing our teams and bringing talented people into an environment where they can develop, make an impact and do work they’re genuinely proud of.

Outside of work, I’m usually planning my next trip, watching a good film or getting out for a run. I’m also a big football fan and have a growing interest in endurance sport, so there’s a good chance I’ll either be training for something or convincing myself that the next race is definitely a good idea! ⚽️🏃‍♂️✈️
